Product Launch Websites

A product launch website tells the story of one product as the visitor scrolls, a format often called scrollytelling. I'm Masoud Zarei, an independent creative developer; I direct, design and build launch sites where the product stays at the centre and the pacing does the persuading. It suits a new product, a new collection or a limited release.

What scrollytelling does for a launch

Scrollytelling uses the scroll as a timeline. Each stretch of the page is a beat: the product appears, a detail comes forward, a claim lands. Done well, a visitor who would skim a feature list reads the whole story.

The price is discipline. A launch page needs a single through-line and a reading path that still works with the motion switched off. In the Life Energy Drink concept the can takes visual priority and motion controls pace, scale and anticipation.

If you're looking for product launch website examples, the concepts below are what I can show: each is self-initiated, built around one product, and carries no sales claims.

What's included

Launch narrative
The through-line and the beats of the page: what the visitor learns first, and what comes last.
Product art direction
How the product is framed, lit and shown across the scroll.
Scroll-driven build
Hand-built front-end with scroll animation tuned to the story's tempo.
Path to the next step
A clear route to buying, signing up or asking, placed where interest peaks.
Phones and reduced motion
A single-column layout of its own, and a calm version for visitors who turn motion off.
English and Persian
Both launch pages built together, with the right-to-left layout designed rather than mirrored.

How a project runs

  1. Brief and date

The product, the audience and the launch date. I plan backwards from the date and say early if the scope doesn't fit.

  2. Story and beats

The page as a sequence of beats, drawn as a storyboard.

  3. Visual direction

Type, colour and product treatment, designed on the real product visuals.

  4. Build

Scroll animation, responsive layout and tuning on real devices.

  5. Launch

Final checks, then live on the day. Training and post-launch support are included.

Questions

What is a scrollytelling website?

A scrollytelling website tells a story through scroll: text, images and motion change as the visitor moves down the page, so the scroll works like a timeline. It is most useful when one product or idea needs to be explained in order.

How much does a product launch website cost?

Projects start at $500. A single scroll-led launch page sits near the low end; custom 3D, extra languages and photography push it up. I quote after seeing the brief. Clients outside Iran pay in cryptocurrency only.

Can you build around a launch date?

Yes, if the date is agreed up front. A launch page takes about two weeks to build; the exact schedule depends on scope and on how quickly product visuals and copy arrive, so share the date in your first message.

Do you produce the product visuals as well?

Photography and video are part of what I do, so visuals can be produced alongside the build when the brief calls for it. Otherwise I work from yours.

Can you work with a launch team outside Iran?

Yes. I work from Iran (UTC+3:30) with teams worldwide, in English or Persian, over email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and I reply within 24 hours. Meetings are scheduled in advance by appointment; there are no fixed overlap hours.
